who does she think she is??????? she doesnt hv the rights to tell me this!!!
so what if she has been working for more than 15years in the company, she shd be in a senior position and yet the rank always remain unchange for the past 15yrs...
so what if she has a wide knowledge but deep inside she has a bad attitude?
im wondering how can she able to work tat long w/ her attitude???
I agreed w/ a colleague remarks that, she likes to talk but when come to ask her to do things, she 4ever will give excuse and in the end, she will just ignore and pretend not to know anything...
even those attachment students can be fool by her behaviour.
they thot that she is very helpful and humour and friendly person
those who hv working w/ her for a long run, will know her actually characters.
she divide the work clearly(kinda selfish), know how to talk big but when come to work, she act ignorant.
in the company, she is 1 of the few who can talk frm black to white and white to black, often win over the talk.
my colleague told me that there are alot of same kind of ppl in every company, t4 it is not surprisingly to find in other company too.
maybe i know why ppl like tis can work for so long: boz of able to twist the words perfectly and clear cut in works between others and self, she has less mistake in work and not much boss will notice her work performance and her pressure in the company...
