the gal who replaced my job has started wrk 1wk alrdy.
it is time to handle over all my duties to her.
i dont know if she is able to handle all my tasks in 3wks time.
my boss and supervisor expect me to teach her and let her know everything i do for the past 3yrs in these 3wks time.
i think it's too stressful for her.
i dont want to stress her or frightening her w/ all those works that i handled all along.
it is impossible to let her cover all my duties in such a short period of times.
t4 i plan to teach her those major or important tasks, like handling my VIP customer a/c and wat actions need to be taken when assigned for wrk.
as for those other tasks, let nature take it course.
sometimes, i really pity on her, my replacement.
i know my current boss sure will assign her to do alot of things to be complete in a short period of time.
at 1st, i scare that she may not be able to take it and give up, the presssure of the working environment where she never experierence b4.
rite nw, after 1 wk of teaching her, she improved alot. at least i can put my burden down.
