juz 1 qn and i hv become the person in charge for the dept bbq and chalet.
unlike my prev co, they often organize family gathering or 1day trip gathering.
tis co is quite "stingy", only hv 1 and oni 1 - company thank dinner on dec.
anyway, cant compare the co procedure and policy.
dont know i shd regret or hapi or angry abt organise tis bbq and chalet.
regret - alot of works and tins to do, hard to please every1.
hapi - receive alot of helps and advices from my own dept colleagues. wat i can said is i found united, helpful and supporting team.
angry - i neo wat im doing and planning very clearly. i hate ppl look down on me and critize my way of doing and planning the event. im not useless but a person who time to plan and carry out.
im worry and wondering if tis event can be successful or not.
if tins goes wrong, ppl will pin point on me.
if tins r successful, ppl will hv "different way of looking at me".
my only goal and aim is to let every1 be hapi and enjoyable and comfortable.
