the stupid policy just changed this year jan !!!
previously:
-supervisor is entitled 16days leave (change from 14days to 16days)
-those who work for 5 years will be increase 1day leave, which will be 15days leave.
however, since this year, it has become:
-supervisor will be under 14days leave (remain unchange)
-those who work for 5 years will be increase 2days leave, which will be 16days leave.
all the other supervisors (whom they promoted last year) are having 16days leave, except those who just happen to be promote this year is still having 14days leave!
whatever it is, think again, money is always better than number of leave.
abit of increment every month is better than having 2more days leave every year, isnt it?
