really very fedup at wrk....
so many things to complaint abt....
duno start frm where....
ppl r weak, fall sick easy
i know i shouldnt blame those who take mc...they hv no choice but need to stay at hm and rest...
but sometime, really abit too much.
colleagues kp taking mc, those duties hv to cover up by others who oso hv alot of things to do...
those ppl who often mc, always dont take care of themselves well, often fall sick, takg mc
and in the end, other who take over their duties will hv to cover up...
there maybe some ppl who take things for guarrante that they assume that when they onleave, sure will be other to cover them.
not only that, there are ppl who like to push the wrk to other
when ppl rqst for help is actually want to push the wrk/responsibilty to other colleague to do obo of them... i hate that!!!!
there are times when certain ppl approach personally for assistance, come to colleague's desk for help, this is fine w/ me, give them some advice and guidence is alrite.
but what i hate the most is they actually call the customer up at my desk, using my phone and tell the customer my name to look for me personally!!!
there's is tis gal colleague whom i dislike the way she act.
she likes to come to my desk, ask for assistance and call the customer up, tell the customer my name and that i will look into this matter personally.
wat is this!!!!!!!! how can she kp push the baby to me!!!
in the 1st first, i see that she quite pity bcoz she transferred frm other dept into customer service dept.
since she is not familiar w/ the stuffs, im willing to guide and help her frm the start.
after sometimes, i feel that she is abit too much, take things for guarrante.
sometime i really cant stand it !!!!!!
