last nite, my frd and i took cab home.
after dropped her off at her place, this taxi driver started to chat w/ me.
he asked me wat was my occupation and garduated in which level.
he advised me to futhur my studies since im still young and dont follow his footstep.
he has been retrenched at the age of 37!
he has a family to support and due to no choice, he picked up this driver job.
he said in order to hv a more comfortable life and earn more $, it is better to get a degree.
b4 i stepped out of the cab, he adv me to think abt it but not forcing.
actually, this taxi driver is not the 1st person to ask me to futhur my studies.
many of my friends currently taking up degree courses and some hv juz graduated.
i pretty know that taking degree courses can really improve my future but wat course to take?
i dont even know what im interested at, hw to start a course?
nothing really interested me, in fact, i hate studies, exam...
i know myself pretty well that im not able to cope it working full-time and study part-time.
i need to do 1 thing at a time but where to take the $ if i study full time?
i need to support my family too, isnt it?
words are easier than done when ppl ask y dont u take a degree course.
i dont really aim high. im not an ambition person.
as long as i dont hv to worry everyday if i will hv the bread tmr, im ok.
im juz a small woman.
