maybe i hv wrked in my previous big company more than 3yrs plus and it was my very 1st job, i hv get used to all the things, all the procedures, the job scopes, everytin.
so even nw, hv wrked in the current company for 6mths alrdy, i still cant accept or still quite upset abt the current company policy and procedures...
big and medium company oso have their difference, i neo tat.
i still nd time to adjust myself...but i duno nd hw long to accept the new policy, new regulations, new concept.....
i nd to "delete" all those things that is taught in my prev co and "install" all the new things that is taught in tis current co.
i get so upset when there r tins i cant get it done within my area in tis current company, unlike when i can get my task done easily and better in my prev company.
i feel the satisfactory each time i solved the problems previously, i feel proud tat i can solve it myself or help others to solve it.
tis current company juz hv too much restrict, may i hv change my concept to suit tis environment.
