well, think some already aware what is going on for the past 1 week after i tendered.
boss, senior executive, executive, colleagues were shocked when they heard the news.
it was so sudden and never expect that i will do such decision during this time.
after seeing my letter, boss decided to have a talk with me during the lunch time on last mon. 1st time having lunch with boss was so stress up.
we talked for almost 2hours!
and yet the food still left more than half didnt manage to finish up.
he talked alot, explained and persuaded me to stay etc.
and i decide to give one more chance, to give some more time to see if there's any improvement on my job scope.
as a result i agreed to stay in this company for the time being.
i dont know how long can i "tolerate" this stressful working environment.
see how far can i go...
