it is getting harder and harder to work in such a working environment now.
by right should have get used since hv been staying in current company for almost 4 yrs. however things start to change, especially this year.
afew months ago, im stressed up over the new system updgrade.
afew months later, im "pressured" by certain team members.
somebody can just change for the sake of a person.
system changed, already caused inconvenience to others.
and yet people changed caused the others to live in fear working environment.
get to know the person too well is also a disadvantage.
because already know her character, her attitude, her behaviour, her thinking, her expectation therefore its really hard to be own self as used to be.
wearing a mask to work, carrying a fear heart to work, is really like stepping into a planet which will burst any minutes.
working under her is really stressful, really hard to reach the standard she expect.
anytime or everytime, must be very careful not to step on her, or else i will hv to be shot again and again.
